Update: Police say the camera’s owner has been found.

There’s a couple in a tropical locale. A woman sitting by herself in a hotel room. And a young couple, perhaps on their wedding day (or, a reader suggests, maybe on their way to prom.)

Who are they, and what connects them?

That’s the mystery Portland police are trying to solve.

Tasha Jacqueline Moore

Police arrested a 22-year-old woman Tuesday. They say Tasha Jacqueline Moore was driving with a revoked license and was in possession of methamphetamine during a traffic stop at Southeast 102nd Avenue and Ankeny Street.

Officers searched her vehicle and recovered a Canon digital camera and associated equipment they suspect were stolen. The camera had several photos and police are releasing three, hoping someone will recognize the faces and help return the camera to its owner.

Police ask anyone with information about the pictures of the camera to contact Officer Sara Clark, [email protected] or 503-823-4800, at the East Precinct. Reference PPB Case #15-7496.
