MONMOUTH

  • Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of Catron Place Apartments, a 60-unit apartment property at 515 N. Catron St. in Monmouth. The asset sold for a full asking price of $6,400,000. Georgie Christensen of Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Scott Logan of Marcus & Millichap.

  • Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of Burger King, a 3,446-square foot net-leased property at 1435 N. Coast Highway in Newport. The asset sold at list price for $1,826,000. Justin Poor of Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

  • Northwest homebuilder Garrette Custom Homes will host a grand opening Feb. 14 for Hidden Lake, a new neighborhood located at Northeast 83rd Street and Northeast 212th Avenue in the east Vancouver area. Hidden Lake features eight tranquil five-acre home sites with plans that range from 2,700 to 3,500 square feet.
