Key play was Seth Collins escaping a collapsing pocket, scrambling to his right and hitting a wide open Storm Barrs-Woods on the sideline for a gain of 36 yards. Four plays later redshirt freshman Ryan Nall records his first career touchdown. Nall’s haul: 9 yards, 9 yards, 5 yards and a TD, with OSU going up-tempo with the final three plays of that drive.

Stanford 14, Oregon State 7 – 1:20 Q1: … three plays later, Kevin Hogan with a strike over the middle to tight end Austin Hooper over the middle.

Oregon State 7, Stanford 7 – 2:34 Q1: A tipped pass over the middle by Kevin Hogan ends up in the hands of Beavers safety Cyril Noland-Lewis, setting up the Oregon State scoring drive. The Beavers go 58 yards in 10 plays, capped by a Seth Collins keeper for six. On that drive, Collins completed 3 of 4 passes for 24 yards, rushing three times for another 12 yards.

Stanford 7, Oregon State 0 – 9:46 Q1: Remound Wright started the Cardinal drive with a 33-yard kick return and ended it with a 1-yard rushing touchdown. Stanford went 63 yards in nine plays, rushing eight times for 41 yards.
